➤ Cancellations by Passenger
● 30 days before travel: 30% of the total cost will be charged.
● 15–29 days before travel: 50% of the total cost will be charged.
● 07–14 days before travel: 75% of the total cost will be charged.
● 0–7 days before travel / No Show: 100% cancellation; no refund.
● After commencement of the yatra, no partial refund is applicable for unused services.
➤ Cancellation Due to Weather / Technical Issues
● Helicopter operations are completely dependent on weather, visibility, government permissions, and technical conditions.
● If flying is not possible due to any of the above reasons: Nagarjuna Travels will try to reschedule passengers on the next available slot.
● If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be processed as per the refund policy mentioned below.
● Company is not liable for additional hotel stays, transport, meals, or personal losses due to delays/cancellations.
● Cancellation by Operator / Authorities
● If government authorities or the helicopter company cancels operations, refund will be issued based on the actual amount received back from the helicopter operator after deductions.
➤ Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
● Refunds are subject to actual flying time completed.
● If the yatra is partially completed due to weather or any unforeseen conditions:
● Only unflown sectors will be refunded.
● The refund amount depends on the operator's sector-wise pricing.
● Full refund is not applicable once the passenger has travelled on any sector.
● Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take 10–15 working days after confirmation from the helicopter operator.
● Payment will be returned to the same account used during booking.
● Non-Refundable Components
Permit fees, VIP darshan charges, meals, hotel stays, local transport, or any additional services availed.
● Any extra accommodation charges arising due to delays.
