➤ Helicopter Booking Policy

Booking Procedure

● Customers must share full name, age, gender, ID proof, and body weight at the time of booking.

● Booking is confirmed only after receiving the minimum advance payment (as instructed by Nagarjuna Travels).

● The remaining balance must be cleared at least 20 days before the travel date.

● Tickets/vouchers will be issued only after full payment is received.

● All bookings are subject to availability of helicopter slots and permits.

➤ Mandatory Requirements

● Government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License).

● Final body weight confirmation at the helipad during check-in.

● Passengers must report 60–90 minutes before departure time.

➤ Child Policy

● Children above 02 years are chargeable as per adult fare.

● Infants below 02 years travel free but must sit on the guardian’s lap.

Weight Limit Rules

● Each passenger must provide accurate body weight at the time of booking.

● Final weight is re-checked at the helipad.

● If the actual body weight exceeds the declared weight:

● Passenger may need to pay extra charges per kg as per helicopter company rules.

● In extreme cases, the passenger may be denied boarding if the aircraft weight limit is exceeded.

Itinerary Overview

➤ DAY 1 : Arrival in Dehradun
Arrive in Dehradun, where our team welcomes you with
smooth airport or railway station transfers. Check into your
hotel and enjoy a comfortable stay with included meals. The
day is meant for rest and preparation before your divine
helicopter journey begins

➤ DAY 2 : Dehradun – Sersi – Kedarnath – Guptkashi
Start early from Sahastradhara Helipad for a scenic flight to
Sersi, followed by a shuttle helicopter ride to Kedarnath. Enjoy
a short walk to the temple and receive VIP darshan. After your
spiritual visit, return to Sersi and continue by helicopter to
Guptkashi for an overnight stay in the serene mountain region.

➤ DAY 3 :Guptkashi – Badrinath
Fly from the Guptkashi region to the Badrinath helipad and
check into your hotel upon arrival. A private vehicle will take
you to explore Mana Village and other nearby attractions. In
the evening, witness the holy Swarna Aarti at Badrinath
Temple before returning to your hotel for dinner and rest.

➤ DAY 4 : Badrinath – Dehradun
Begin your morning with darshan at Badrinath Temple,
followed by breakfast at the hotel. Later, board your helicopter
back to Dehradun, where our team will assist with transfers to

➤ Cancellations by Passenger

● 30 days before travel: 30% of the total cost will be charged.

● 15–29 days before travel: 50% of the total cost will be charged.

● 07–14 days before travel: 75% of the total cost will be charged.

● 0–7 days before travel / No Show: 100% cancellation; no refund.

● After commencement of the yatra, no partial refund is applicable for unused services.

➤ Cancellation Due to Weather / Technical Issues

● Helicopter operations are completely dependent on weather, visibility, government permissions, and technical conditions.

● If flying is not possible due to any of the above reasons: Nagarjuna Travels will try to reschedule passengers on the next available slot.

● If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be processed as per the refund policy mentioned below.

● Company is not liable for additional hotel stays, transport, meals, or personal losses due to delays/cancellations.

● Cancellation by Operator / Authorities

● If government authorities or the helicopter company cancels operations, refund will be issued based on the actual amount received back from the helicopter operator after deductions.

● Refunds are subject to actual flying time completed.

● If the yatra is partially completed due to weather or any unforeseen conditions:

● Only unflown sectors will be refunded.

● The refund amount depends on the operator's sector-wise pricing.

● Full refund is not applicable once the passenger has travelled on any sector.

● Refund Processing Time
Refunds may take 10–15 working days after confirmation from the helicopter operator.

● Payment will be returned to the same account used during booking.

● Non-Refundable Components
Permit fees, VIP darshan charges, meals, hotel stays, local transport, or any additional services availed.

● Any extra accommodation charges arising due to delays.
