1. The Pravas Sukhacha Platform (Our Role)

Pravas Sukhacha is an Marketing Platform and directory service that acts as a neutral platform for connecting travelers (“Users”) with independent third-party Tour Operators (“Operators”).

  • We are a Directory: We provide a platform for Operators to list their tour packages, and for Users to search and find these packages.
  • We Are Not a Tour Operator: We do not own, operate, manage, or control any of the tour packages, transport services, hotels, or accommodations listed on the Site.
  • We Are Not a Party to the Contract: Any booking or purchase made by a User is a legally binding contract solely between the User and the respective Operator. We accept no liability or responsibility for the performance of the tour or package.

2. Terms Specific to Users (Travelers)

  • Direct Contact & Consent: By clicking “CONTACT AGENT” or a similar contact button, you consent to the Operator receiving your contact information to communicate directly with you regarding the package.
  • Verification: Users must independently verify all information (inclusions, exclusions, rates, itinerary) directly with the Operator before booking.
  • Payment & Refunds: All terms related to payment, cancellation, and refund policies are determined and handled solely by the Operator, not by Pravas Sukhacha.

3. Terms Specific to Tour Operators (Listers)

  • Free Listing Policy: Listing your travel packages on the Site is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce optional premium services (e.g., featured listings) or change the pricing policy in the future, with appropriate notice.
  • Information Accuracy: Operators are fully responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of all package details provided, including but not limited to, prices, taxes, inclusions, exclusions, and itinerary.
  • Compliance: Operators must hold all necessary licenses and permits required to operate legally in the regions they offer packages for.

4. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

Pravas Sukhacha, its directors, and employees will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

  • Any act, error, omission, or negligence by any Operator listed on the Site.
  • Any issues, damages, or losses arising during the performance of the tour package (e.g., accidents, delays, property damage).
  • Any miscommunication, payment dispute, or refund issues between the User and the Operator.
  • Operators agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pravas Sukhacha from any claims arising out of their listed tours.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Site (logos, design, coding) is the property of Pravas Sukhacha.
  • Operators grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their submitted package images, descriptions, and logos for the sole purpose of displaying them on the directory.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of [ Vadodara , Gujarat ] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.

7. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
