➤ Day 1: Arrival in Dehradun – Welcome & Pre-Yatra Briefing

● Your sacred journey begins as you arrive at Dehradun, the base point for the Char Dham Helicopter Yatra.

● Our team from Nagarjuna Travels welcomes you at the airport/railway station and transfers you to a comfortable deluxe hotel.

● The remainder of the day is designed for rest so you can acclimatize and prepare mentally for the upcoming holy darshan.

● In the evening, our tour manager conducts a complete briefing about the yatra, helicopter guidelines, luggage instructions, and timings.

● Enjoy a delicious dinner and an overnight stay in Dehradun.

➤ Day 2: Dehradun to Yamunotri – First Dham Darshan

● Early in the morning, you will be escorted to the Sahastradhara Helipad for boarding.

● As the helicopter lifts off, enjoy magnificent views of Mussoorie and the upper Himalayan ranges.

● Upon landing at Kharsali/Janki Chatti helipad, you will be welcomed traditionally by the ground staff.

● A short trek or palki ride takes you to the sacred Yamunotri Temple.

● Offer prayers at the holy Yamuna river, visit the hot water kund, and complete your darshan peacefully.

● After returning to the helipad, fly back to the lodging location arranged for Yamunotri pilgrims and spend the evening relaxing amidst alpine beauty.

➤ Day 3: Yamunotri to Gangotri – The Abode of Mother Ganga

● After breakfast, board the helicopter again to proceed toward the second Dham, Gangotri.

● Enjoy aerial views of dense cedar forests, snow peaks, and the flowing Bhagirathi River.

● Upon landing at Harsil Helipad, one of Uttarakhand's most scenic valleys welcomes you.

● You will be driven to the sacred Gangotri Temple located on the banks of the purest Himalayan river.

● Offer prayers to Goddess Ganga and witness the spiritual energy of this divine shrine.

● Spend time exploring Harsil's beautiful surroundings before relaxing at the resort arranged near Harsil/Gangotri.

➤ Day 4: Gangotri to Kedarnath – Experience the Divine Energy of Lord Shiva

● Wake up early for your helicopter transfer toward the third Dham — Kedarnath.

● The journey to the famous Kedarnath helipad presents some of the most mesmerizing Himalayan landscapes. Upon arrival at Kedarnath Base Helipad, a shuttle helicopter will take you closer to the temple area. Experience the overwhelming spiritual aura of Lord Kedarnath Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Shiva. Perform darshan at your pace, absorb the divine atmosphere, and feel the blessings of Mahadev. After darshan, return to the helipad and fly to your hotel location near Guptkashi or Phata for an overnight stay.

➤ Day 5: Kedarnath to Badrinath – Final Dham of the Char Dham Circuit

● After an early breakfast, board your helicopter for Badrinath, the sacred abode of Lord Vishnu. The flight offers breathtaking views of snow-covered mountains, high-altitude passes, and deep valleys. Upon landing at Badrinath Helipad, a vehicle will take you to the temple. Visit the sacred Tapt Kund, take blessings of Lord Badrinarayan, and explore Mana Village—the last village of India near the Indo-Tibetan border. Spend quality time enjoying the divine surroundings before returning for the onward helicopter journey back to Dehradun. ➤ Cancellations by Passenger

● 30 days before travel: 30% of the total cost will be charged.

● 15–29 days before travel: 50% of the total cost will be charged.

● 07–14 days before travel: 75% of the total cost will be charged.

● 0–7 days before travel / No Show: 100% cancellation; no refund.

● After commencement of the yatra, no partial refund is applicable for unused services.

● Cancellation Due to Weather / Technical Issues

● Helicopter operations are completely dependent on weather, visibility, government permissions, and technical conditions.

● If flying is not possible due to any of the above reasons:

● Nagarjuna Travels will try to reschedule passengers on the next available slot.

● If rescheduling is not possible, refunds will be processed as per the refund policy mentioned below.

● Company is not liable for additional hotel stays, transport, meals, or personal losses due to delays/cancellations.

● Cancellation by Operator / Authorities

● If government authorities or the helicopter company cancels operations, refund will be issued based on the actual amount received back from the helicopter operator after deductions.

➤ Refund Eligibility

● Refunds are subject to actual flying time completed.

● If the yatra is partially completed due to weather or any unforeseen conditions:

Only unflown sectors will be refunded.

● The refund amount depends on the operator’s sector-wise pricing.

● Full refund is not applicable once the passenger has travelled on any sector.

Refund Processing Time

● Refunds may take 10–15 working days after confirmation from the helicopter operator.

● Payment will be returned to the same account used during booking.

Non-Refundable Components

● Permit fees, VIP darshan charges, meals, hotel stays, local transport, or any additional services availed.

Any extra accommodation charges arising due to delays.
