🙏 My Story

My Mentor & My Journey

My journey in the tourism field didn’t start in a boardroom or a tech office—it started in a home in Mumbai, under the guidance of my mentor, Mr. Santosh Bhagat.

I lived with Santosh Sir for three years. I had originally come to Mumbai for my studies, but something changed when I started helping him run Shri Rajrajeshwari Narmada Parikrama Tours and Travels. He noticed my interest in the tourism industry, and he took me under his wing. He didn’t just teach me how to run a business; he taught me how to serve.

Santosh Sir trained me from Level 0 to 100 and motivated me to keep learning & growing. He taught me that being an owner doesn’t mean sitting at the top.

I was the owner, yet I was the first one to serve tea to our tourists. I was the one handling emergency situations and the one making sure every single person in our group felt safe. He taught me the true meaning of responsibility. He taught me that when you take people on a journey, you are responsible for their happiness.

“There is no feeling like seeing the happy faces of tour members at the end of a trip, knowing that the hard work and service we provided made their experience beautiful. That is where I found my happiness.”

We grew that agency from nothing to the point where even NRIs were traveling with us, trusting us with their journeys. But life is unpredictable.

On June 3, 2024, I lost my mentor to a brain hemorrhage. It felt like I lost my everything. I conducted a few more tours, including our final Girnar Parikrama, but by December 2024, I had to shut the business. I needed a break to find myself again.

A New Beginning

Last year, I started again. I started with new energy and a new beginning: Pravas Sukhacha.

I am building Pravas Sukhacha network & ecosystem now with my team, but in everything I do, the lessons of Santosh Sir are still there. He made me the person I am today and gave me the capability to lead. This is not a business for me; it is a tribute to the man who showed me the way.

By the Grace of Bhagwati, the Divine Energy who inspires me, gives me strength to scale and achieve success in my life with my team — we are moving forward.

Architecting Digital Excellence

As the Lead Developer and Technical Architect for the Pravas Sukhacha Network, I serve as the primary engineer of our digital infrastructure. I am responsible for the end-to-end management of our web ecosystem, ensuring that every piece of information—from complex tour itineraries to dynamic package pricing—is accurate, optimized, and seamlessly delivered to our users.

My role goes beyond standard development; I architect the systems that allow for real-time updates and meticulous editing of our travel offerings.

By overseeing all technical aspects of our digital presence, I ensure that the Pravas Sukhacha Network operates with the same professional precision online as it does on the ground. Whether it is refining the user experience or managing the deep data layers of our tour packages, I am dedicated to maintaining a high-performance platform that serves as the reliable backbone of our organization.
